Relationship between upper airway volume and polysomnography parameters of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

  • 目的:应用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术,对OSAHS患者进行上气道成像,探讨上气道鼻咽、腭咽、舌咽、喉咽区容积及变化率与AHI、LSaO2的相关性。方法:①对51例经多导睡眠监测检查的OSAHS患者分别按AHI、LSaO2值进行病情分度;②通过多层螺旋CT三维重建成像,测量患者于平静呼吸、闭口堵鼻深吸气(Müller's)时相上气道各区域容积,计算容积变化率,观察上气道顺应性;③分别将CT所测得的各区域容积值与AHI、LSaO2进行单因素相关分析。结果:不同程度OSAHS患者上气道最小容积均位于腭咽区;腭咽区不同呼吸时相的容积与AHI呈负相关,与LSaO2呈正相关;喉咽区平静呼吸时相的容积与AHI呈负相关;舌咽区Müller's呼吸时相的容积与LSaO2呈正相关。结论:①在OSAHS的诊断中,上气道腭咽区容积可不同程度反映AHI、LSaO2高低;②CT三维重建上气道容积测量对于评价OSAHS患者的上气道顺应性具有良好的应用价值。
