应用锥形束CT评估人工耳蜗植入后电极形态的研究

Study of cone-beam CT in evaluating the electrode array of cochlear implantation postoperatively

  • 目的:探索应用锥形束CT(CBCT)评估人工耳蜗植入术后电极形态的方法,明确CBCT在评估人工耳蜗电极形态中的价值。方法:选取52例重度-极重度感音神经性聋患者,均于人工耳蜗植入术后第1~2天实施植入侧颞骨CBCT扫描,使用NNT Viewer软件对扫描所得DICOM数据进行后处理,比较CBCT与X线平片识别手术相关结构的能力。结果:52例患者均成功实施人工耳蜗植入术,人工耳蜗双侧植入3例,左侧植入13例,右侧植入36例。CBCT可用于评估耳蜗内电极形态的方法有Panorex模式、MPR模式、3D-Ceph模式和3D-Bone模式4种方法。CBCT识别手术相关结构的能力明显高于X线平片。结论:CBCT评估手段灵活多样,在评估人工耳蜗植入术后电极形态方面有独特优势,具有临床应用价值。
