The study of salivary pepsin content and laryngopharyngeal reflux scale in 91 asymptomatic volunteers

  • 目的:了解无咽喉症状志愿者的唾液胃蛋白酶浓度水平以及咽喉反流量表的得分情况,为临床工作中诊断咽喉反流相关疾病提供参考依据。方法:91例无咽喉部不适症状的志愿者入选,用酶联免疫吸附法检测他们空腹唾液中的胃蛋白酶浓度,并评估他们的反流症状指数量表、反流检查计分得分情况。结果:91例无症状志愿者的唾液胃蛋白酶浓度为55.5(26.63,106.45)μg/L。反流症状指数量表的平均得分为(2.24±2.34)分,反流检查计分的平均得分为(5.78±1.74)分。结论:在无咽喉部不适的志愿者的空腹唾液中能够检测出一定浓度的胃蛋白酶,并且表现出较高的RFS得分。
