The role of Th1/Th2 cells imbalance in the pathogenesis of secretory otitis media

  • 目的:探讨Th1/Th2细胞失衡模式在分泌性中耳炎(SOM)发病机制中的作用。方法:选取SOM患者90例作为观察组,观察组根据病程长短分为急性组和慢性组;另外选取同期进行健康体检的志愿者90例作为对照组。比较2组患者外周血中Th1型细胞因子干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、Th2型细胞因子白细胞介素4(IL-4)及IFN-γ/IL-4的水平,比较急、慢性SOM患者外周血中IFN-γ、IL-4、IFN-γ/IL-4的水平,比较观察组患者的中耳积液与其外周血中IFN-γ、IL-4、IFN-γ/IL-4的水平。结果:观察组患者外周血中IFN-γ、IL-4、IFN-γ/IL-4的水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);慢性组患者外周血中IFN-γ、IL-4、IFN-γ/IL-4的水平均高于急性组(P<0.05);观察组患者外周血的IL-4、IFN-γ/IL-4水平与其中耳积液的IL-4、IFN-γ/IL-4水平相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但其外周血的IFN-γ水平低于其中耳积液的IFN-γ水平(P<0.05)。结论:SOM患者外周血和中耳积液中IFN-γ、IL-4水平与疾病的发生发展有一定的关系,Th1/Th2的失衡可能是SOM的危险因素。
