Establishment and characterization of an orthotopic murine model of mucosal malignant melanoma of the maxillary sinus

  • 目的: 建立稳定的上颌窦黑色素瘤原位裸鼠模型,为研究鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤的发病机制及治疗手段提供动物模型。方法: 将B16(小鼠黑色素瘤细胞)细胞悬液注射到裸鼠右上颌窦,待裸鼠形成原位瘤后,监测肿瘤的生长发展和荷瘤鼠的生存情况,并利用MRI技术观察肿瘤局部浸润情况。结果: 在裸鼠上颌窦接种B16细胞,上颌窦出现原位瘤,裸鼠生存率和原位瘤体积大小与接种肿瘤细胞数量有关。MRI显示原位瘤向鼻腔、眼眶、颅底浸润。结论: 成功构建了上颌窦黑色素瘤原位裸鼠模型,为进一步研究鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤的生物学特征及新的治疗策略提供了可行的实验工具。
