Abstract: A 59 years old woman with chief complain of intermittent hemoptysis and shortness of breath was admitted to our hospital.Fiberoptic laryngoscope:no abnormality seen;enhanced computerized tomography of the neck showed that at the second trachea ring located a round nodule with a diameter of about 23 mm, flat on the sixth cervical vertebrae,consider vascular tumors.The immunohistochemistry:an inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor.
