Preliminary study on the expression of CD4+CD25+T regs and Foxp3 in peripheral blood of patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

  • 目的:探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+ T regs)与Foxp3在头颈部鳞状细胞癌患者外周血中的表达及意义。方法:收集2014-01-2015-12期间初诊或治疗后复发的40例头颈部鳞状细胞癌患者,均接受了手术治疗,同时纳入10例健康志愿者作为对照组。均采外周血2 ml进行流式细胞仪检测,分别计算CD4+CD25+/CD4+以及CD4+CD25+Fxop3+/CD4+的比值,利用SPSS 23.0软件对结果进行统计学分析。结果: CD4+CD25+T regs在头颈肿瘤组织中均有高表达,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在CD4+CD25+T regs阳性表达的单个细胞中,Foxp3阳性率较高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而CD4+CD25+T regs在中晚期与早期头颈肿瘤中的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD4+CD25+T regs的表达与Foxp3的表达之间呈显著正相关(r=0.95)。结论: CD4+CD25+ T regs与Foxp3在头颈部鳞状细胞癌患者外周血中高表达,通过对头颈部鳞状细胞癌患者免疫系统的抑制,促进了头颈部鳞状细胞癌的进展。
