Application of voice acoustic analysis of surgicaleffect in children with benign hyperplastic vocal cord disease

摘要: 目的:探讨嗓音声学分析在儿童良性增生性声带疾病中的应用及对手术疗效的评估。方法:采用Dr.speech软件,对93例良性增生性声带疾病患儿在术前及术后15 d、30 d进行嗓音声学分析,并与76例正常儿童进行对照比较。结果:良性增生性声带疾病组与正常对照组相比,基频微扰(Jitter)、振幅微扰(Shimmer)、噪声能量(NNE)升高而谐噪比(HNR)、信噪比(SNR)降低,各指标均差异有统计学意义;良性增生性声带疾病组术后15 d、30 d和术前比较,Jitter、Shimmer和NNE均下降,HNR和SNR升高,均差异有统计学意义;术后30 d各参数值均恢复至正常水平。结论:嗓音声学分析能客观、定量地评价儿童嗓音的质量及手术疗效。Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the use of voice acoustic analysis in children with hyperplasia diseases of vocal cords.Method: The software developed by Dr.Speech was used to do acoustic analysis for 93 children patients with vocal cords hyperplasia diseases before the operation, 15 and 30 days after the operation, and 76 normal subjects were also analyzed as the controls.Result: The Jitter, Shimmer and NNE parameters were higher, and HNR,SNR parameters were significant lower in vocal cords hyperplasia diseases groupthan in normal controls(P<0.01).The Jitter, Shimmer and NNE decreased, HNR, SNR increased 15 days and 30 days after the operation in vocal cords hyperplasia diseases group. Compared with preoperative group,there was a highly statistically significant at 15 and 30 days after the operation(P<0.01). All the data returned to normal levels 30 days after surgery.Conclusion: Voice acoustic analysis can evaluate the quality of children voice and the surgical effect objectively and quantitatively.
