Expression and significance of serum hepatocyte growth factor and myeloperoxidase in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

  • 目的: 探讨OSAHS患者外周血干细胞生长因子(HGF)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的表达及意义。方法: 通过PSG确诊的96例OSAHS患者为OSAHS组,根据AHI范围分为重、中、轻3组;32例于我科体检健康者为对照组;ELISA法测定血HGF、MPO水平;予以重度OSAHS患者手术+CPAP方案治疗3个月并复测体内HGF、MPO浓度,分析HGF、MPO和PSG指标的相关性。结果: ①随着OSAHS病情程度增加,其外周血HGF和MPO浓度逐渐上升,不同程度各组患者HGF、MPO不全相同(F=119.006, 25.138;P<0.01);其中轻度组与对照组间无明显差别(P>0.05);其余各组相互比较均有明显差别(P<0.05)。②OSAHS患者血HGF、MPO浓度和年龄、BMI无关(P>0.05),而HGF与MPO浓度改变呈正相关,且二者均与AHI呈正相关,与LSaO2呈负相关(P<0.05)。③32例重度OSAHS患者经过3个月综合方案治疗后LSaO2上升,AHI、外周血HGF、MPO水平降低,均有明显差别(P<0.01)。治疗6个月后MPO、HGF浓度较治疗3个月时降低(P<0.05),但和对照组相比仍有升高(P<0.05)。结论: 手术联合较长时程CPAP治疗可降低OSAHS患者缺氧程度,降低心血管损害,其疗效和疗程相关;联合测定OSAHS患者外周血HGF与MPO对病情、疗效的判断及并发心血管损害的评估有一定的临床参考价值。
