Analysis of clinical characteristics of 141 patients with postviral olfactory dysfunction

  • 目的: 探讨病毒感染后嗅觉障碍(PVOD)患者的临床特征。方法: 收集并分析2009-07-2015-01期间就诊的连续141例PVOD患者的病例信息,包括调查问卷获取一般信息及发病症状,主观嗅觉心理测试采用Sniffin'Sticks Test。结果: 回顾性分析连续就诊的141例PVOD患者, 男女比例为1.0:2.3,嗅觉障碍严重程度在男女间无差别(χ2=0.05,P>0.05)。患者年龄在30~40岁、50~60岁有集中的趋势。鼻塞、鼻涕、喷嚏是PVOD最常见的鼻部症状,咽痛、咳痰、咳嗽是最常见的其他症状。结论: 大样本PVOD患者的临床特点分析进一步提示PVOD的发生可能和性别、年龄等因素有关,但目前我们对这种复杂疾病的认识十分有限,需要进一步的研究。
