Abstract: My department reports a case of giant rhinolith.Rhinolith is a rare and slow-progressing disease.Clinically,rhinolith is easily to be misdiagnosed as sinusitis or sinus tumor.High-resolution computed tomography(HRCT)can be used to diagnose of rhinolith and differentiate it from sinusitis or sinus tumors.HRCT can also provide reliable evidence for evaluating surgery difficulty level and determining operation method.
