紫草素在变应性鼻炎大鼠模型中免疫干预的研究

Immune modulation of shikonin in a rat allergic rhinitis model

  • 目的:研究紫草素对变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠模型树突状细胞功能的免疫干预作用,探讨紫草素应用于AR的可行性。方法:健康大鼠10只处死取鼻黏膜固定为对照组;用卵清蛋白局部滴鼻法建立大鼠AR模型30只,分为观察组和模型组,模型组建模成功即脱椎处死取鼻黏膜迅速固定,观察组建模成功后予以100 μg/ml紫草素治疗,12 h后处死取鼻黏膜固定。用免疫组织化学技术检测3组标本中CD80、CD86、IL-10、IL-12的表达情况,组间数据采用方差检验。结果:观察组CD80、CD86分别为13.52±3.53和24.01±13.12,模型组分别为17.19±4.42和38.89±9.77;观察组IL-10、IL-12 分别为6.69±1.12和44.30±9.70,模型组分别为3.61±0.23和28.80±8.20,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:紫草素对AR大鼠模型中树突状细胞的异常表达可以起到纠正作用,可考虑将紫草素应用于AR治疗。
