突发性聋的分型诊治与临床研究新进展

    作者简介:

    王秋菊,主任医师,教授,博士导师。现任解放军总医院解放军耳鼻咽喉研究所所长。为973项目首席科学家,“求是”杰出青年奖获得者,总政创新人才工程“拔尖人才”,现任国际耳内科医师协会副主席,中国医疗保健国际交流促进会常委,耳内科分会主任委员,中国老年医学会常委,中国遗传学会遗传咨询分会委员等。为耳内科临床专家,专注于耳聋耳鸣的内科诊治,聋病子遗传机制的基础研究与转化应用等。在国内率先提出建立和发展耳内科学的新理念,建立了规范的耳内科亚专科病房,并将我国耳内科的临床实践带入国际耳内科学领域,作为大会主席将有30余年历史的国际耳内科学大会首次带到中国,成为国际耳内科学医师协会副主席和中国分会首任主席,并建立了中国医促会耳内科学分会,任首任主任委员。在基础研究与转化应用方面,继承和发展姜泗长院士创立的亚洲最大的颞骨标本库,与科室同仁一道建立了信息化的聋病遗传资源库(干库+湿库)。在国际上首次发现了Y连锁遗传耳聋,是迄今为止唯一被证实的Y连锁孟德尔遗传疾病;首次绘制了听神经病的遗传基因图谱,获中华医学一等奖;率先倡导实施了新生儿听力及基因联合筛查的规模化三级预防,在国际上报道了首篇大数据成果;成功实现了国内首例阻断遗传性耳聋的第三代试管婴儿一级预防的突破。作为第一发明人获30项国家发明专利,实现成果转化800余万元。发表论文180余篇。先后获国家科技进步二等奖、中华医学进步一等奖、北京市科技进步二等奖等。E-mail:wqcr@263.net
