Expression and significance of MTDH and MMP-9 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

  • 目的:观察喉鳞状细胞癌组织中异黏蛋白(MTDH)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测54例喉鳞状细胞癌组织(观察组)、30例癌旁正常组织(对照组)中MTDH、MMP-9蛋白的表达,分析其与喉鳞状细胞癌临床病理参数的关系及二者的相关性。结果:观察组及对照组MTDH的阳性表达率分别为64.8%(35/54)、6.7%(2/30), 差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为70.4%(38/54)、13.3%(4/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MTDH的阳性表达与喉鳞状细胞癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05),MMP-9的阳性表达与喉鳞状细胞癌淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。喉鳞状细胞癌组织中MTDH与MMP-9的表达呈正相关(r=0.371,P<0.01)。结论:MTDH和MMP-9的过度表达与喉鳞状细胞癌的发生、恶性发展及转移密切相关,联合检测2种蛋白的表达对喉鳞状细胞癌的早期诊断及预后判断具有一定的临床参考价值。
