Measurements of semicircular canal space direction with MRI

  • 目的: 测量半规管空间方向,为良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的诊断和治疗提供解剖学基础。方法: 对24例核磁共振3D-CISS序列内耳检查影像进行测量分析。结果: 左右后半规管夹角为106.61°±8.58°,可以推测后半规管和矢状面的夹角为53.31°±4.29°。左右水平半规管夹角为171.67°±4.36°。左侧后半规管和右侧前半规管夹角为154.37°±10.87°,右侧后半规管和左侧前半规管夹角为156.84°±9.34°。结论: 测量数据同既往文献报道相符,左右共同平面对半规管近乎平行,但后半规管和矢状面夹角要大于传统上认为的45°。
