摘要: 目的: 观察外耳道腺样囊性癌的临床及病理特点,分析其影响预后的可能因素。方法: 外耳道腺样囊性癌患者8例中,行外耳道肿物切开活检术1例,外耳道肿物扩大切除术5例,改良颞骨侧切术2例(其中1例加同侧腮腺全切术)。接受术后放疗5例。结果: 随访5~97个月,2例随访过程中失访,5例无瘤生存,1例带瘤生存。结论: 本组外耳道腺样囊性癌患者中女性较多,临床表现以耳痛及耳部肿物为主。该肿瘤生长缓慢,误诊率高,手术治疗效果好。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical and pathological features of adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC) of external auditory canal(EAC), and analyze the possible factors related to prognosis.Method: One out of 8 patients with ACC of EAC underwent tumor open biopsy. 5 patients underwent the extensive tumor resection, and 2 patients underwent the modified lateral temporal bone resection (1 of the 2 subjoined a total parotidectomy).Five patients received the postoperative radiotherapy.Result: The time of follow up was 5-97 months. Two patients were loss to follow-up, 5 patients with disease free survival, and 1 patient survival with tumor.Conclusion: In this study, ACC of EAC is more often observed in female. The most common clinical manifestations are otalgia and neoplasm which grows slowly. The disease has high misdiagnosis rate. Surgical treatment is effective for it.
