中鼻道容积与真菌球性上颌窦炎相关性研究

The study of the correlation of middle meatus volume and maxillary fungal ball

  • 目的:探讨中鼻道容积与真菌球性上颌窦炎发生的相关性。方法:测量真菌球性上颌窦炎患者与正常人的双侧骨性中鼻道容积、鼻腔容积及中鼻道所占的容积比,观察鼻腔解剖变异,并对测得的结果进行统计学分析。结果:真菌球性上颌窦炎患者双侧骨性中鼻道容积、鼻腔容积及中鼻道所占的容积比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。真菌球性上颌窦炎组患侧与正常组的骨性中鼻道容积、中鼻道所占的容积比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。真菌球性上颌窦炎组与正常组的鼻中隔偏曲的发生率分别为24.24%和33.33%,窦口鼻道复合体变异率分别为30.30%和26.67%,鼻腔解剖结构变异的发生率分别为54.55%和60.00%,其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨性中鼻道容积增大可能与真菌球性上颌窦炎的发生有关,鼻腔解剖结构变异与真菌球性上颌窦炎的发生无关。
