Research on 3-D reconstruction of sphenoid sinus in children and adolescents in Yunnan region

  • 目的:通过螺旋CT影像学研究,重建蝶窦三维立体形态,探讨儿童及青少年蝶窦发育与年龄的相关性。方法:选取120例0~20岁儿童及青少年正常的鼻窦CT扫描资料,分为5个年龄组(<2岁组、2~7岁组、>7~10岁组、>10~14岁组、>14~20岁组);重建蝶窦三维立体形态;分别测量二维和三维立体形态蝶窦最大前后径、左右径、上下径,分析儿童及青少年蝶窦发育与年龄的相关性。结果:二维和三维方法测量下左、右蝶窦前后径、左右径及上下径均与年龄呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:云南地区儿童及青少年蝶窦气化发育与年龄呈线性相关关系,且随年龄增加而增长。通过Simplant软件重建冠状位和矢状位的三维CT有助于了解儿童及青少年蝶窦的三维立体图像,从而帮助临床医师了解鼻窦发育的现状,有助于鼻窦疾病的术前评估。[JP]
