Abstract: Vogt-Koyanagi-Halada syndrome is an autoimmune disease attacking melanocytes, which involves eye, ear, meninge and skin. Patient offen has uveitis and extraocular symptoms and signs and the misdiagnosis of missed diagnosis of VKHS is very common. Patients have good prognosis after hormone therapy.-
