  • 目的:探索埋藏式游离皮瓣的可行性监测手段。方法:运用联合监测手段对5例晚期需使用埋藏式游离皮瓣修复的喉咽癌患者进行监测,回顾性分析监测效果。结果:5例患者均获得一期成功,未发生血管危象;4例患者需联合监测手段予以确认皮瓣血供。结论:多普勒联合皮岛监测共同观察埋藏式游离皮瓣术后血供切实可行,是一个较好的监测手段。
