Changes of serum leptin levels in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome before and after treatment of surgery

  • 目的:探讨OSAHS患者手术治疗前后血清瘦素水平的变化与临床意义。方法:根据术前、术后6个月PSG将患者分为治疗有效组(44例)和治疗无效组(13例),治疗有效组再根据术前和术后的BMI分为体重下降组(25例)和体重无明显下降组(19例)。用放射免疫法测定各组术前和术后6个月血清瘦素水平。结果:治疗无效组13例术后6个月血清瘦素水平(9.1±2.6 μg/L)和治疗前(9.3±2.3 μg/L)相比,差异无统计学意义。25例BMI下降幅度≥5%的患者术后6个月血清瘦素水平(7.15±1.23 μg/L)和治疗前(12.79±2.98 μg/L)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);19例BMI下降幅度<5%的患者术后6个月血清瘦素水平(6.85±2.03 μg/L)和治疗前(11.83±2.43 μg/L)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。无论是术前还是术后6个月,瘦素水平与AHI均呈正相关(r=0.69,P<0.01)。结论:OSAHS患者血清瘦素水平增高,治疗有效者瘦素水平下降。血清瘦素水平可以反映OSAHS的严重程度。
