Comparison of ELISA and Pharmacia UNICAP detection reagent for House dust mite specific IgG4

  • 目的:对屋尘螨特异性IgG4 ELISA检测试剂与法玛西亚UNICAP IgG4检测试剂进行对比研究。方法:首先对屋尘螨特异性IgG4 ELISA检测试剂相关性能指标进行研究。对比ELISA试剂与法玛西亚UNICAP检测试剂的浓度校准曲线。同时采用以上2种检测试剂和方法,对临床上65份行屋尘螨特异性免疫治疗患者的血清标本进行检测,并对检测结果进行相关分析。结果:屋尘螨特异性IgG4 ELISA检测试剂具有良好的性能指标(批内差CV=3.48%,批间差CV=5.78%)。ELISA试剂与法玛西亚UNICAP检测试剂的校准曲线非常相似,在0.003~0.150 μg/ml检测范围内呈现良好的线性关系。对临床上特异性免疫治疗前后65份血清进行检测,ELISA与法玛西亚UNICAP检测结果相关系数为0.93。结论:屋尘螨特异性IgG4 ELISA检测试剂与法玛西亚UNICAP检测试剂具有良好的一致性,可望在临床上广泛开展应用。
