摘要: 目的:研究细胞周期依赖性蛋白激酶3(CDK3)在鼻咽癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系,探讨其临床意义。方法:用免疫组织化学方法检测94例鼻咽癌组织中CDK3的表达,以40例鼻咽炎组织为实验对照。结果:94例鼻咽癌组织中CDK3的阳性表达率达67.0%,对照组40例鼻咽炎组织中CDK3的阳性表达率为12.5%,CDK3在鼻咽癌组织的表达显著高于在鼻咽炎的表达(P<0.05)。CDK3主要表达于鼻咽癌细胞质,少数表达于核内。CDK3蛋白表达与鼻咽癌TNM分期有关(P<0.01)。结论:CDK3在鼻咽癌中表达增高,并与鼻咽癌TNM分期有关,提示CDK3蛋白在鼻咽癌的发生和发展过程中可能发挥作用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the expression profile and the clinical singnificance of CDK3 in the tissues of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method: Immunohistochemistry was utilized to detect the expression of CDK3 in 94 cases of NPC and 40 cases of nasopharyngeal inflammation.Result: CDK3 was highly expressed in NPC cell lines. Immunohistochemistry showed that CDK3 was mostly expressed in the cytoplasm. The positive expression rate of NPC was 67% and that of nasopharyngeal inflammation was only 12.5%. The difference between these two groups was highly statistically significant. The CDK3 expression in NPC was related to the TNM clinical staging of NPC(P<0.01).Conclusion: The expression levels of CDK3 were obviously higher in NPC tissues. The CDK3 expression in NPC was related to the TNM clinical staging of NPC.It suggests that CDK3 expression may play an important role in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.-
