Abstract: The typical clinical manifestations of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL) included nasal obstruction,rhinorrhea,bleeding in nose,headache,etc.No typical features were seen in CT and MRI.The diagnosis of DLBCL was based on the criteria established by the WHO classification.Morphological and immunohistochemical examination were necessary in the diagnosis of DLBCL.
