青藤碱对变应性鼻炎小鼠的治疗作用及机制研究

The role of sinomenine in treatment of allergic rhinitis mice model and its mechanism

  • 目的:研究青藤碱对变应性鼻炎的治疗作用并初步探究其相关机制。方法:用卵清蛋白(OVA)致敏BALB/c小鼠制作变应性鼻炎小鼠模型,对照组用生理盐水替代,青藤碱治疗组于鼻部激发时开始换用含青藤碱的饲料喂养。末次激发24h后,各组小鼠取鼻部组织固定,苏木精-伊红染色;ELISA检测血清中特异性抗OVA-IgE、IL-4和IFN-γ浓度;Western Blot检测转录因子T-bet和GATA3表达水平。结果:青藤碱治疗组的小鼠鼻黏膜无明显腺体增生及嗜酸粒细胞浸润。血清中特异性抗OVA-IgE、IL-4和IFN-γ浓度,T-bet和GATA3表达水平均较变应性鼻炎组降低。结论:青藤碱对变应性鼻炎小鼠模型具有一定的治疗作用,其机制可能是通过改善Th1/Th2细胞失衡发挥作用。
