高刺激率ABR在后循环缺血诊断和治疗中的作用

Value of high-frequency stimulation ABR in the diagnosis and treatment of posterior circulation ischemia

  • 目的:探讨高刺激率ABR在后循环缺血(PCI)诊断及治疗中的作用。方法:选取PCI患者23例,同时选取20例健康人作为对照组,分别行高刺激率ABR检测,治疗2周后,对上述患者再次行ABR检测,对结果进行分析。结果:PCI组高刺激率ABR表现为各波潜伏期和波间期均较对照组延长。经治疗后的患者各波潜伏期及波间期较治疗前缩短。结论:高刺激率ABR可以作为PCI的诊断及治疗恢复的观测指标。
