摘要

摘要: 目的:探讨手术佐用抗真菌药物治疗真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:102例真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎患者,随机分为对照组(48例)和治疗组(54例)。对照组仅给予常规手术治疗,治疗组术中及术后局部应用氟康唑,所有患者随访6个月,并比较2组复发率。结果:治疗组患者无复发,对照组复发率为20.8%,2组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论:手术佐用抗真菌药物治疗真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎,可显著预防复发。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of surgery added with antifungal agents in treatment of fungal rhinosinusitis.Method: One hundred and two consecutive patients with fungal rhinosinusitis were randomly divided into two groups: the control group(n=48) were treated with surgery alone, the treatment group(n=54) were treated with surgery plus antifungal therapy during operation and postoperation. The patients were followed up for 6 months and the relapse rates between two groups were compared.Conclusion: No relapse was observed in the treatment group. The relapse rate of the control group was 20.8%(P＜0.01).Conclusion: Surgery plus antifungal therapy can prevent the relapse of fungal rhinosinusitis significantly.
